Tomas Kucharik takes a company's management.

In July of this year, Tomas Kucharik was named the ARDACO Company’s new general manager and also became Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing Igor Kočiš, who had held this position for 14 years and remains at ARDACO in charge of strategic projects, technological projects in Europe, and partnerships.

The change at the top was made in connection with the company’s further expansion into domestic and foreign markets.

Mr. Kucharik received his degree from the Technical University in Bratislava, where he specialized in application robotics. After graduating, he continued his studies in IT Management and Marketing at the London School of Economics (LSE) and London Business School. Mr. Kucharik comes to ARDACO from the Gartner Group, the world’s largest IT consulting company, where in the position of Vice President for Consulting he covered major European projects in the field of crisis management. Before joining the Gartner Group, Mr. Kucharik was Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in the META Group, one of the largest IT advisory and consulting companies.

Mr. Kucharik has been employed at several IT companies, obtaining more than 20 years of experience in the area of IT-sector management, business and consulting services.

He is an expert in the management of large, medium-sized and small companies whose activities lie within the scope of critical and crisis-level project development. In addition, he has worked in the area of business development, e-business implementation, IT security, system integration and implementation of new technologies.
