How to buy
Shopping with us is easy and fast:
- Registration
- Selection of products and services
- Shopping cart
- Checkout and payment
- Delivery
- Order history and Account maintenance.
Buying a product usually means buying a software license for the product. Always read the license terms, therefore, to see the product description.
1. Registration
Purchase may be completed only by registered and logged in user. When registering correctly complete all required and contact information – for easier and faster communication.
2. Selection of products and services
Select a product category (Silentel – secure communication or QSign – electronic signature) in which you’re interest, read included information and browse in list of related products and services.
Each selected product and service add to shopping cart. Before inserting, please read all related information by clicking on the product details.
3. Shopping cart
The shopping cart is accessible from any part of the Ardaco Store. Here you can customize the quantity of selected products, remove it or continue with shopping and add more products. If you are happy with the products and services selection included in the shopping cart, proceed to the Checkout.
4. Checkout and payment
At checkout, follow these steps:
- If you have not been registered and logged in, you have to proceed before checkout.
- Select delivery/billing address.
- Select payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Bank transfer via TatraPay (Tatra banka)
- Another bank transfer
- Check entered data and confirm the order. You can enter additional information or other requirements related to order and delivery into Note dialog.
In the case that you not proceed payment at once, you can get back to it through the history of your orders located in the Account maintenance section. Order that is not paid within 7 days will be cancelled according to Commercial Terms and Conditions.
5. Delivery
Delivery depends on payment options (we deliver products immediately after we receive payment from you):
- In case of online payment (Credit/Debit Card, TatraPay) your products are delivered within one business day.
- In case of another bank transfer, usually it takes several business days.
- Delivery of ordered services is agreed individually to fit your availability and time schedule.
You’re always informed about processing your order and payment.
6. Order history and Account maintenance
When you’re logged in, you can access to Account maintenance. In this section you can:
- update Account information
- update or add billing address (Shipping information)
- browse history of your orders. Click View link to display details, including product number and license information.
