Sending Logs

Our company is interested in improving the quality and stability of Silentel products. Therefore, we welcome your cooperation. Send us a file with the application activity record (Log file) after an error in the Silentel application is ocurred (see procedure below). Thank you.

WARNING:
If the application crashes, send a Log file before restarting the application.

How to send a Log file:

1. Start Android Market, tap on Menu > Applications > Market.

2. Search for the LogViewer application.
   
3. Install LogViewer.
   
4. After installation run the LogViewer, tap on Menu > Applications > LogViewer.
   
5. Tap on Menu > Send Mail, enter email address and subject. Tap on Send button to send the message.
