Verifying a QES

To verify an electronic document’s QES, you can download and install at no cost the QSign application, with a license for verification.

1. applying for an extract from the Commercial Register in electronic form;
2. applying to have confirmation provided in electronic form that a document has not been deposited in the Collection of Documents;
3. applying to have a document deposited in the Collection of Documents provided in electronic form.

Signing with a QES

To sign an electronic document with a QES, the following steps need to be taken:

1. Obtain a qualified certificate.
2. Download and install QSign with license for verification.
3. Get a QSign license for QES signing – see current price list and contact our customer center:

QSign, with a license for signatures, is used in the Commercial Register environment to verify the following electronic services:

1. applying to have documents deposited in the Collection of Documents in electronic form;
2. petitioning for an entry into the Companies Register.

Getting a qualified certificate

A Qualified Certificate is issued by an accredited certifying authority. Ardaco is a partner of such an accredited certifying authority, CA EVPÚ, so we can help you arrange for a qualified certificate. However, the legislative process requires you to be present when a certificate is issued, since this stage is linked with certain efforts to acquire it.

The procedure for obtaining a qualified certificate from CA EVPÚ is as follows:

1. Fill out your personal information in the form found at CA EVPÚ website.
2. Choose the type of service. You can find differences between individual services in the services price list. For ordinary QES use, the Standard Plus service is sufficient.
3. Our recommendation: for speedy processing of a qualified certificate, mark the 'supplementary information' field and fill it in.
4. In the “when and where” section, enter the time and place for receiving the qualified certificate according to your preferences. In the event you want to receive your certificate directly at our customer center, select ExRA 20, Ardaco,a.s. We would be pleased to welcome you and provide you with all information and support to set up services with your own electronic signature.
