TeamTalk platform gives variety of communication mode options. It is based on future-prooved IP technology and allows permanet feature enhancement and evolution.

How does it work

Silentel TeamTalk system consists of two main parts:

• Silentel TeamTalk application - a client application on the user side
• Silentel TeamTalk Server - distributes voice and data among users.

Voice and other data are transmitted via Internet connection using GPRS/EDGE or 3G/UMTS mobile network or another fixed IP networks.

The user of Silentel TeamTalk application logs into a Silentel TeamTalk Server. After logging the user gets access to a contact list - users with whom he can communicate. Presence status is displayed for individual contacts on the list. Traffic is routed via server in secure way, server is never able to decrypt any single communication. All the security keys for communication are generated inside the end user devices. Server acts just as a router of the traffic.

Users can make a secure VoIP calls, group conferencing, exchange secure Instant Messages or images.
