QSign applications:

which version of the product are you using? (QSign 3.2 ...)
which operating system are you using? (Windows XP, Vista ...)
if you see an error message, please, do not hesitate to attach it.

Applications for mobile communication:

which version of the product are you using? (Silentel SecureCall 2,2 ...)
which mobile phone are you using? (N95, 6120 ...)
which version of the firmware your mobile phone has? (You can figure out the firmware version by entering the following code: *#0000#)
if you see an error message, please, do not hesitate to attach it.
